Our
normal charge is $5 per 1000 digitized stitches. Minimum
$25 charge per digitized logo/design. |

- First you will provide your
logo/artwork to us.
- If you do not have a logo, one can
be designed - (We can provide custom graphic design services for your
logo/artwork. Graphic design services are $42 per hour, with a
1/2 hour minimum).
- We will estimate the stitch count.
- The stitch count will determine
your run charge, and digitizing fee.
- The digitizing setup fee is a
one-time charge.
- We will provide a written estimate
for your entire embroidery project.
- You will see an electronic
pre-production proof
- At that time changes can be made,
or a sign-off obtained.
- We will complete the project and
you will be happy with the final project.

- Upon request we will provide you with a disk that includes the embroidery
file, so you can take it to any other embroiderer. We are confident however
that you will want to stick with us, so we will keep your design on file
forever.

Embroidery costs are based on three (3) factors: |
|
(1) Type of Garment
(2) Placement of the logo(s)
(3) The Number of Stitches
Digitizing costs to convert your logo/artwork to an embroidery file may vary
between $29 and $299. Digitizing Prices depend on the size and complexity of your design.
(For ex. a full jacket back might cost $299 -vs.- a small left chest logo
might cost $29)
If you already have artwork on disk from another embroidery company in a
standardized embroidery format (Tajima, Melco, Barudan) we will not charge
you a setup fee.

Stitch count is the number of stitches it takes to complete the run into
the garment. (typically quoted in 1,000 stitch increments)

A standard left chest design is between 6,000 - 10,000 stitches.

Full Size Logo Embroidered on the back of a shirt can be as much as
60,000 stitches +

Pricing varies depending on the per item stitch count as well as the
number of garments.

Our normal charge is $5 for the first
6,000 stitches on a single item
and $.50 per 1,000 stitches after that.

Orders of more than 6 pieces or designs over 25,000 stitches, discounts
may apply.
Normally we don't charge extra if you want something slightly different
like a logo on the right chest or left sleeve. However certain unusual
placements (i.e. the sides of a baseball cap) are more difficult to set up
and may involve an extra charge. Also, putting a design in more than one
place on a garment involves significant extra setup time and will result in
an additional charge ($2-5 per garment depending on the difficulty of the
placement |
